In-room decoration plans
We offer three plans to suit your budget: ¥3,000, ¥5,000 and ¥10,000. All prices include tax and installation, with no additional charges. Hotel guests may also order on the day itself.

- For same-day requests, we may need to adjust part of the arrangement depending on stock and staff availability.
- Setup normally takes place before check-in. If you would like it done during your stay, please ask us in advance.
- Balloons deflate naturally over time. We cannot guarantee that they will hold their shape throughout your stay.
- Payment is made from the link in the invoice email we send after your order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I request balloon decoration on the day itself at Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama?
Yes — for hotel guests, we accept same-day requests. Baron R is based inside the hotel, so both our stock and our staff are on site. Depending on stock and the time available for setup, we may need to adjust part of the arrangement. To be sure of getting exactly what you want, we recommend booking at least one week ahead.
How much does in-room balloon decoration cost?
From ¥3,000. We offer three plans: Casual at ¥3,000, Standard at ¥5,000 and Luxury at ¥10,000. All prices include tax and installation.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least one week ahead, so that we can be sure of preparing the colours and number balloons you want. Same-day requests are possible, but the arrangement may differ in part.
I want it to be a surprise. Can you set up without the other person knowing?
Yes. We normally set up before check-in, so the decoration is already complete the moment you enter the room. Please note any requests about timing in the remarks field when you order.
Can you put a message or a name on the balloons?
Yes. The Luxury plan (¥10,000) includes personalisation. It can also be added as an option to the Casual and Standard plans. Up to 12 full-width characters is free of charge.
How long do the balloons last?
As a guide, latex balloons last one to two days and foil balloons three days to a week. Balloons deflate naturally, so we cannot guarantee their condition throughout your stay.
Can I order decoration if I am not staying at the hotel?
In-room decoration is for hotel guests only. If you are not staying with us, please visit Maihama Studio in person or order from our online shop for delivery across Japan.
How do I pay? Can I use a credit card?
After your order, we confirm the details and the amount, then send you an invoice email containing a payment link. You can pay by credit card from that link. You will never be asked to enter card details on this site.
